Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Navneet Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational content. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund as per this policy.

2. Digital Products

All our products (courses, notes, tests) are digital goods. Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", refunds are subject to the conditions below.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
• You have not downloaded any notes or PDFs.
• You experienced a technical issue that we were unable to resolve.
• You were charged twice for the same purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be given if:

• You have accessed more than 20% of the course.
• You have downloaded notes/PDFs.
• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You violated our Terms & Conditions.
• More than 7 days have passed since purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at with:

• Your registered email ID.
• Order ID / Payment ID.
• Reason for the refund request.

We will respond within 3-5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed through Razorpay to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

7. Cancellation

Since all products are digital, there is no "cancellation" of an order once the payment is successful. However, you may request a refund as per the eligibility criteria above.

8. Subscription Plans

For subscription-based plans, you may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
